Toni Sikkema
Founder
Founder and healthcare services professional Toni Sikkema is a seasoned healthcare operations leader with nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare which includes managing and scaling mid-to-large-sized medical practices. As a Certified EOS Integrator, Toni excels in streamlining operations, driving growth, and fostering high-performing teams. With a Master’s in Health Administration, her knowledge includes a deep understanding of healthcare management, practice optimization, and strategic expansion. Specializing in dermatology practice management nationwide, She is passionate about enhancing operational efficiency, supporting providers, and ensuring exceptional patient care.
Toni spent most of her childhood in Wyoming, just outside of Yellowstone National Park, and relocated to Florida in 2019. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, loves being at the beach, and looks forward to traveling and exploring new places.
Jessie
Jessie is a Medical Coding and Billing Specialist with nearly a decade of hands-on experience in General Dermatology, Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC), and Mohs billing. She began her career in healthcare as a medical bill collector and advanced through dedication and a strong work ethic. Her expertise lies in delivering accurate, efficient billing solutions and staying current with industry standards. A lifelong resident of Mobile, Alabama, Jessie brings valuable insight into the healthcare environment.

Shauna brings over 20 years of experience in the medical billing field, with a deep passion for the healthcare industry. Her career has been driven by a commitment to staying current in a constantly evolving field, and she thrives on the opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth that healthcare provides. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and has a love for animals and nature. A lifelong resident of her hometown, Shauna values building long-term relationships.
